Job Description

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor to join its team in Denver, CO. As a key member of the operations team, you will be tasked with planning, supervising, and ensuring the efficient and safe loading and unloading of freight on your assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for timely and safe freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe transportation.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Promote safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
