General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure a safe working environment and handle hazardous materials properly.
• Work collaboratively in a high-intensity environment to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related experience is a plus.
• Supervisory experience and transportation knowledge are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General understanding of freight handling techniques.
