Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account Resolution Portfolio Risk Analyst to join GreenState Credit Union. As a Portfolio Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in converting data into valuable insights to drive strategic initiatives and support business objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing problem loans, analyzing portfolio credit risk, developing analytical models, and providing strategic recommendations for the effective management of risks.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to core values and service standards while supporting GreenState's mission and vision.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and oversee problem loans.
• Analyze loan portfolio performance, identify emerging trends, and provide data-driven insights.
• Lead data management, analytics, and business intelligence functions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track results and support business strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years in collections with deep understanding of regulations.
• Proficiency in software including Microsoft Power BI, R, Python, SQL, and VBA.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and data modeling skills.
• Project management and presentation abilities.
