Position Overview

We are looking for an Accounting & Office Administrator to join our Premier Door, Frame, and Hardware office. The role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, handling Accounts Payable transactions, and providing administrative and sales support when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Responsibilities
    • Process and record daily settlements.
    • Handle cash drawers and petty cash.
    • Coordinate billing and invoice distribution.
    • Manage supplier invoices and payments.
    • Assist with inventory management.
  • Administrative Responsibilities
    • Act as the main contact for incoming calls.
    • Manage office supplies and assist with HR tasks.
    • Coordinate shipments and handle incoming mail.
  • Sales Support Responsibilities
    • Learn about the Premier business and products.
    • Track project progress and assist the sales team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in billing or accounts payable.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with a focus on detail and quality.
  • Experience with subcontractors preferred.
