Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join The Estate Yountville team in Yountville, CA. Our luxurious hotels, Hotel Villagio and Vintage House, offer guests an exceptional Wine Country experience. As the Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for accounts payable/receivable, hotel deposits, and assisting with various accounting and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payable/receivable functions at the hotel.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely billing.
  • Assist with accounts receivable aging and maintain filing systems.
  • Support the Property Accountant with payroll and HR administration.
  • Participate in credit meetings and assist with accounting paperwork.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in compliance with The Estate standards and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
