Responsibilities
- Lead general accounting activities in compliance with US GAAP and local policies.
- Manage month-end processes, financial consolidation, and reporting.
- Oversee billing, receivables, cost accounting, and treasury functions.
- Partner with functional leaders for seamless financial operations.
- Support M&A activities and prepare investor reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
