Accounting Specialist - Part Time

This part-time position involves handling various financial tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, and payroll processing responsibilities during summer months. Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and credit memos.
• Handle Accounts Receivable duties such as processing cash receipts.
• Manage purchasing by placing orders and monitoring the receiving process.
• Keep meticulous records including bank reconciliation and fixed asset recording.
• Perform other assigned duties like monitoring in-kind donations and petty cash.

Requirements

• Two years of secondary education in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a finance department.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to use computer technology effectively.

Compensation

Salary: $20.28-23.32 per hour
