Job Description
ATA Services Inc. is seeking a part-time Accounting Technician for a short-term, 9-month assignment in Denver, CO, with pay ranging between $24-28 an hour. This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule. Join our team and enjoy a challenging opportunity in the accounting field!
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with managing Accounts Payable shared GMAIL inbox.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate payment/deposit coding.
- Reconcile transactions, reports, and various cash and credit accounts.
- Utilize MS Excel to update tracking sheets with precision.
- Backup Treasury Cashier role when required.
- Receive and approve cash receipt documents.
- Perform PDF scanning to network drive folders.
- Handle the processing of returned checks in the banking and accounting system.
- Support the Safekeeping program.
