Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

Master Meter, a leading manufacturer in the water utility industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Mansfield, TX. As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for customer invoicing and ensuring timely payments for goods and services provided.

Responsibilities

• Create daily invoices and submit them to customers.
• Billing of service contracts and accuracy maintenance.
• Record and verify customer payments in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage delinquent accounts and collections efficiently.
• Update customer files and provide status reports as needed.
• Run credit checks and assist in financial reviews.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and MS Office skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred.
• Ability to work independently and interact professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
