Job Description
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the community? Open Sky Community Services is seeking a dedicated ACCS Awake Overnight Counselor to join our team at Athol House. As part of our trauma-informed organization, you will contribute to the well-being and independence of individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis, supporting their transition to a more independent living environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based treatment and care in a group living environment.
- Support individuals with activities of daily living and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Advocate for the individuals served and promote community integration.
- Utilize crisis intervention procedures when needed and assist individuals with morning routines.
- Complete necessary documentation to ensure quality care.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
Compensation
$16.75 hourly wage.
