Job Description

Kolmac, a leading outpatient treatment provider in the Mid-Atlantic region, is looking for dedicated and skilled Addiction Counselors to join their outpatient treatment teams in Maryland. If you are licensed to provide services in Maryland and have a passion for helping others through clinical therapy, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

1. Provide case management services to support positive treatment outcomes.
2. Deliver therapy in IOP and continued care groups, as well as individual therapy for SUD and mental health disorders.
3. Conduct educational presentations on behavioral health and recovery.
4. Create patient-centered treatment plans based on assessments.
5. Collaborate with medical staff and the treatment team.
6. Ensure accurate and regulatory compliant documentation of treatment activities and progress.

Requirements

• Hold one of the required licenses for the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of three years supervised counseling experience.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
