Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Centers is a leading outpatient treatment provider in the Mid-Atlantic region seeking a Full-Time Addiction Counselor/Therapist for the 2nd shift in Columbia, MD. As part of our dedicated team, you will provide case management services, lead therapy sessions, create treatment plans, and collaborate with medical staff. Responsibilities

• Provide case management and therapy services for patients with substance use and mental health disorders.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans based on assessments and screenings.
• Collaborate with medical staff and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Hold a valid counseling license in Maryland - LGADC, LMSW, LGSW, LGPC, or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of supervised counseling experience.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
