Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant at Gothenburg Health provides high-level clerical support, particularly to the CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The role may involve supporting other members of the Senior Leadership Team as well.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level clerical support to the CEO and members of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Establish and maintain filing systems for department records.
- Take, transcribe, and distribute minutes of selected meetings with confidentiality.
- Screen and handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the CEO's calendar.
- Maintain facility-wide contract agreements and confidential information.
- Support marketing, social media, and special events.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain compliance with policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and office equipment.
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
