Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant at Gothenburg Health provides high-level clerical support, particularly to the CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The role may involve supporting other members of the Senior Leadership Team as well.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level clerical support to the CEO and members of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Establish and maintain filing systems for department records.
  • Take, transcribe, and distribute minutes of selected meetings with confidentiality.
  • Screen and handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the CEO's calendar.
  • Maintain facility-wide contract agreements and confidential information.
  • Support marketing, social media, and special events.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain compliance with policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and office equipment.
  • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
