As a crucial member of the nursing staff, you will work under the direction of providers and nursing management to deliver comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation processes. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, particularly in pre- and post-surgical care and management of diverse medical conditions. Admission/Discharge nurses play a key role in medication reconciliation, health history documentation, patient education, and overseeing the continuity of care. Additionally, you will be expected to provide support on the Med/Surg floor as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care following the nursing process and established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, admission health history, and patient education.
• Provide support and guidance to the nursing and allied services team.

Qualifications

• Nursing Program graduate with MT RN licensure.
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications (to be completed within 6 months of hire).
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced medical environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
