Adolescent Community Therapist

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Adolescent Community Therapist to join our team at Evidence Based Associates. As an MST-FIT Therapist, you will provide intensive family and community-based treatment to address serious antisocial behavior in adolescents. This role involves working with youth and families, conducting assessments, participating in team meetings, and promoting a trauma-sensitive culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically effective family-based interventions.
• Work with families to establish and achieve clear goals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and events.
• Comply with program evaluation processes and maintain necessary documentation.
• Utilize Sanctuary Model tools to create a trauma-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and LMSW required.
• Flexibility to provide emergency coverage when needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed practice and youth development.
