Job Description
Providence Community Health is looking for an experienced Adult Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Olneyville/Providence. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative environment providing primary care services to a diverse multi-cultural underserved patient population.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with providers from various specialties, integrated behavioral health clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Lead a dedicated team to deliver quality care to patients.
- Work independently and as part of a larger provider group.
- Utilize EHR (Epic) for patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of primary care experience as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
- Rhode Island licensure or eligibility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Desire to care for underserved patients and lead a care team.
