Job Description
Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc is looking to hire a full-time Agronomy Applicator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying crop nutrients and protection products, maintaining application equipment, vehicles, and facilities, and providing top-notch service. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating machinery, and are mechanically-inclined, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
- Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals following recommendations and guidelines.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure their optimal performance and appearance.
- Complete necessary logs, reports, and records related to applications and inventory.
- Promote excellent customer relations and ensure timely product delivery.
- Operate vehicles safely and comply with all traffic and environmental regulations.
- Assist and train seasonal employees as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Prior experience is a bonus but not required.
