Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and updates.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with the community team for regulatory compliance and safety.
• Deliver dining services with Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in the residents' best interest.
