Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team at Denton House Design Studio, LLC. As part of our group, you will have the opportunity to work on high-end hospitality, commercial, and multifamily residential projects, shaping environments that inspire wonder and connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Produce visioning and conceptual architectural designs.
- Coordinate internal team design efforts and maintain deliverable standards.
- Generate contract drawings, oversee construction administration, and lead observation for projects.
- Collaborate with Senior Architects, Project Managers, and engineering consultants.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of architectural design and construction administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture; Master's degree preferred.
- Direct experience with large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT, Lumion, Photoshop, Sketchup, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead client interactions.
