Architectural Designer - Multifamily
Denton House Design Studio, LLC, in collaboration with Areté Collective, is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a crucial part of our award-winning firm, you will contribute to crafting high-end hospitality, commercial, and multifamily residential projects aimed at reshaping people and places for the better.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Architects and Project Managers.
- Assist in producing quality contract design documents.
- Coordinate construction administration efforts.
- Generate contract drawings, specifications, and oversee project progress.
- Coordinate design documents with engineering consultants.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of architectural design and construction administration experience.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Master's degree preferred.
- Direct experience with large-scale multifamily developments and Affordable Housing Tax Credits required.
- Proficiency in REVIT, Lumion, Photoshop, Sketchup, and more.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead client interactions.
