Shamin Hotels, a reputable and dynamic hospitality company, is seeking a highly experienced individual to drive catering sales for Hilton properties. As the Area Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for soliciting and closing accounts, maximizing event revenues, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, and secure new and repeat business to meet revenue goals.
• Develop and foster relationships with key accounts and local organizations to expand market share.
• Conduct active sales solicitation and lead follow-up to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and leverage sales systems effectively.
• Meet and exceed revenue productivity and booking targets while adhering to budget constraints.

Education and Experience

• Preference for multi-property and Hilton experience.
• Prior hotel sales experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED certification.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or extensive industry experience.
