Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Shamin Hotels, overseeing sales activities for our Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton Oceanfront properties. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective solicitation, negotiation, and booking of accounts across various market segments.
Responsibilities
- Solicit and book new business through prospecting, site tours, and sales blitzes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and industry organizations.
- Monitor account production and market trends to maximize revenue.
- Conduct site inspections with clients to showcase property benefits.
Requirements
- Previous hotel sales experience is required.
- Experience with Hilton and Marriott properties is recommended.
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Multi-property experience is a plus.
