Job Description
Join our team at Shake Shack as an Assistant General Manager and be a part of a fun and lively community-gathering place. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic leader with at least 3 years of senior management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory, quality, and safety.
- Lead and develop the hourly team.
- Manage support functions such as hourly payroll and scheduling.
- Maintain the facility to uphold our standards of excellence and hospitality.
- Assist GM with employee relations.
- Establish and build community relations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of P&L responsibilities.
- Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others.
- Must be able to coach and develop others.
