Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join Domino's Pizza at 320 E Cass Street. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $14.50 to $17.50 per hour, along with bonus eligibility and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations.
- Take ownership of tasks and assignments for your team.
- Ensure cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations are maintained.
- Mentor and develop team members to grow into managerial roles.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain store standards.
- Conduct staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, and ensure store cleanliness and image standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote the Domino's brand image.
- Recruit and encourage team members.
