Job Description

Cedar Band Travel Plaza is looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service levels. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to maintain high standards of product quality, service, and operational efficiency within the store.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of store products and services.
  • Supervise and train staff members.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Assist in performance evaluations and employee management.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations at the store.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service as an Assistant Manager.
  • Proficient in the G-site POS system.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
