Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares employee schedules, including managing time-off requests.
• Maximizes organization/layout of the store.
• Designs/implements store guides and policies.
• Develops/implements strategies to maximize sales.
• Oversees/organizes events.
• Oversees training of new employees.
• Manages labor budget.
• Oversees/instructs team members.
• Loss prevention.
