Assistant Manager (TB) Florida Panhandle

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our Domino's Pizza team in the Florida Panhandle (TB - 3867 location). This position offers a salary range of $14.50 - $17.50 per hour, with bonus eligibility, weekly pay, and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating tasks and assignments for the team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including cost controls, inventory management, and customer relations.
• Mentor team members and set a positive example to develop future managers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain store cleanliness, and uphold Domino's image standards.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, and effective service recovery.

• Demonstrated ability to train operational tasks and operate equipment.
• Proficient in stock management, food preparation, and inventory procedures.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
