Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager (TS) to join our Domino's Pizza team in Inverness, Florida. This position offers a salary of $14.50-$17.50 per hour, bonus eligibility, weekly pay, and benefits including Medical, Dental, and Paid Vacation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in coordinating team tasks and assignments.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including cost controls, inventory, and cash operations.
• Mentor and develop team members to build more managers.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and high Domino's service standards.
• Active recruitment of new team members.
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, store cleanliness, and marketing efforts.

• Knowledge and ability to train on all operational tasks.
• Proficient equipment operation and ingredient handling.
• Excellent communication skills for customer service and team interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
