Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital, a part of LifeBridge Health. This full-time position offers a night shift schedule (7:00pm-3:30am) with the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate resources to ensure quality service for patients.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to staff members in the Emergency Department.
- Ensure compliance with hospital standards and best nursing practices.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related field; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Maryland RN license and CPR/BLS certifications.
