Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at Northwest Hospital, overseeing the Emergency Department. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating resources to provide high-quality care to our patients. This position offers full-time night shifts with a sign-on bonus potential of up to $20,000.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour accountability for resource coordination to ensure quality patient care.
- Lead and support a team of nursing staff in the Emergency Department.
- Implement clinical nursing interventions to address patient needs effectively.
- Assess patient status and modify interventions as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR/BLS Certification.
- National Certification in Nursing is a plus.
