Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join GoldOller Real Estate Investments. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure the residential property's operational success and exceed our service standards. From providing exceptional customer service to maintaining resident files and conducting inspections, you will play a vital role in the property management process.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service to residents.
- Manage rent payments and collections following company standards.
- Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
- Assist in resolving resident complaints and issues.
- Conduct move-out inspections and manage account records.
- Support staff in the absence of the Community Manager.
- Stay updated on the local area to assist prospective residents.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RealPage products.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and property management regulations.
- Previous experience in customer service or leasing preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and lift up to 20lbs.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
