Assistant Retail Management

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi. In this role, you will be involved in key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day store activities, improving operating results, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Position Type

Full-Time, 38 hours per week

Starting Wage

$25.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper product merchandising.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Previous management experience is a plus.
