We are hiring an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a vital role in store management, overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. You will also identify training opportunities to support team growth and development.

Position Details

  • Starting Wage: $23.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities for team development.
  • Ensure compliance with company strategies and core values.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback on products.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
  • Merchandise products effectively to maximize sales.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret policies, establish goals, and evaluate performance.
  • Prior retail management experience preferred.

Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of retail experience.
