Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with supervising daily store operations, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing action plans to enhance team growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store operations.
- Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback.
- Ensure store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the team and ensure exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior experience in retail management preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
