Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational action plans, and identifying training opportunities to support the growth of the team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring overall store performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of products for sale.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns effectively.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
