Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will work closely with the store manager to oversee day-to-day operations, improve store performance, develop action plans, and provide leadership to the team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to maintaining an efficient and customer-centric store environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the store manager to enhance operating results through action plans.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company values and create a sense of teamwork among employees.
• Provide feedback on products and assist in inventory management.
• Supervise team operations, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating equipment and handling cash transactions.
