Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be assisting with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational strategies to enhance overall store performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and product quality standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
