Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join the team at ALDI. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, developing operational plans, managing schedules, and fostering team growth and development. As an integral part of the store management team, you will contribute to maintaining store performance and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, and training opportunities to team members.

• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures, product quality standards, and customer service excellence.
• Oversee daily operations, manage inventory levels, and supervise team members effectively.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Prior retail experience of at least 3 years, with management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
