Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations, managing schedules, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store's overall performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, personnel costs, and operating cash registers.
