We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join the team at Aldi. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans to enhance performance, training and developing team members, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred.
