We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans to enhance performance, training and developing team members, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred.
