Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Assistant Retail Manager at Aldi to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the overall performance of the store. You will be responsible for developing action plans, providing training opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to staff.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product quality standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
