Assistant Retail Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to develop and grow the team.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store operating results.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training and development opportunities for team growth.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior retail management experience preferred.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
