Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at ALDI. As part of the store management, you will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations, supervising the team, maintaining store performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product quality, and proper stock levels.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, escalate issues, and ensure high customer service standards.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Previous retail experience and management skills preferred.
