Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store operations, developing team members, and ensuring a high level of customer service. As an Assistant Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining store standards, optimizing product placement, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
