Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, ensuring performance targets are met, developing the team, and identifying growth opportunities. This full-time position offers an average of 38 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify and provide training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and recommend strategies to maintain market position.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, providing support and guidance to the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
