Responsibilities

• Assist in improving store operating results through effective action plans.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.

• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for business growth.
• Maintain inventory procedures, product quality, and customer service standards.
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform general cleaning, stock merchandise, and operate equipment as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Prior experience in retail, with management experience preferred.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
