Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Retail Supervisor at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with key store management responsibilities, including supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring overall store performance, and developing action plans. You will play a crucial part in training and growing the team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.

• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
