We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, ensuring performance targets are met, and overseeing the development of the team.

• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job roles and expectations to team members.

• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
