Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will assist with supervising daily store activities, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the growth and development of the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and core values.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for improvement.
• Participate in the interviewing process and support new employee training.
• Maintain inventory procedures, product quality, and store cleanliness.
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
