We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising day-to-day activities, and leading a team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to support team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate concerns when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Experience in managing budgets, personnel costs, and expenses.
• Ability to operate a cash register, lift up to 45 pounds, and operate store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
